Accessing, changing or removing your data
You have the right to have access to rectify or erase your personal data. Please black out the passport photo and MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport) and your citizen service number (BSN) on this copy. How we secure your personal data
070 Wonen is serious about the protection of your data and takes appropriate measures to combat abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised changes. If you have the impression that your data are not properly secured or there is evidence of abuse, please contact our customer service or via info@070wonen.nl. Details of the technical and organisational security measures arranged by the Processor:
- Employees may not leave computers, laptops, tablets or mobile phones unattended. All of these devices have been given secured access and a strong, unique login password/access code.
- Security software, such as a virus scanner and firewall.
- The Processor uses SharePoint for storing organisational data, which means that these data are not located on local laptops or computers but are saved on a secured server. Files belonging to employees are only available to the relevant employees.
- The Processor does not use USB sticks to store company data.
- The Processor has a clean desk policy.
- The Processor uses a paper shredder to destroy data that have been provided on paper.
